„“It reminds me of forms from other cultures – almost like something primal.”“

Based on hand-folded paper structures, shaped by light and shadow. A special scanning process captures texture and depth, ensuring that materiality, the play of light, and subtle tonal gradations remain visible in the final print.

Twisted Forms

Spatial effect

This work reveals its full effect in the space.
Light, distance, and perspective alter the impact of color and the sense of depth—making the image appear anew time and again.

Description

Twisted Forms from the “Color in Motion” series combines expressive areas of color with twisted and folded paper forms, creating depth, movement, and a compelling sense of dynamism.

The composition captures a moment of unfolding energy, where structured forms meet fluid, painterly surfaces. Light and shadow enhance the three-dimensional effect and lend the work a vibrant, almost pulsating presence.
